To manage the proposal and planning processes of our company's international projects, coordinate the tender and contract processes of subcontractors, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget in accordance with the contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute subcontractor tender processes in compliance with FIDIC contracts,
  • Actively participate in preparing proposals, quantity surveys, and measurement files for superstructure projects,
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities according to the project schedule and monitor their performance,
  • Control project costs and monitor budgets and payment schedules,
  • Prepare and present relevant reports and documents regularly to senior management,
  • Improve proposal and planning processes and support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering,
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience,
  • Experience in subcontractor management for international projects under FIDIC contracts,
  • Experienced in tender processes, contract management, and budget control,
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software,
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of an additional language is an advantage),
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with problem-solving ability.
  • Experienced in Primavera and MS Project.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Field experience in international projects,
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification,
  • FIDIC certification or training in FIDIC contracts.
