We are looking for an experienced
Commercial Director
who will lead our international business development activities, strengthen our global partnerships, and build new customer networks in foreign markets. This role requires strong sector knowledge, solid communication with international operators, and the ability to manage commercial strategies end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international sales and commercial strategies
- Create new B2B partnerships with global tour operators and travel agencies
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing international partners
- Expand Blueholidays' visibility and sales activities in international markets
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
- Lead agency operations and ensure commercial excellence
- Manage contract negotiations with overseas operators
- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Reservations and Call Center teams
- Represent the company at global trade fairs, roadshows, and meetings
Required Qualifications
- Minimum
10 years of experience
in the tourism/travel industry - Strong connection network with
international operators - Proven experience in
agency/TO operations - Excellent command of
English
(a second foreign language is preferred) - Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage complex commercial structures and multi-country operations
- High analytical skills and a strategic mindset
- Result-oriented, proactive and solution-driven attitude
