About the Role
We are looking for a
Commercial Card Product Assistant Manager
to support the end-to-end management of our commercial card portfolio. This role will contribute to product development, revenue management and customer experience enhancement while taking an active part in application, onboarding, underwriting and risk-related processes for our commercial clients.
General Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a university in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 5 maximum 10 years experiences in payment systems, product/portfolio management, marketing, product development in banks. Credit/debit card knowledge is must.
- Care deeply about user experience and passionate about problem solving,
- Strong reporting and analytical thinking skills
- Efficient time management, planning and project prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment
- Advanced level of MS Office programs
Key Responsibility
- Support the lifecycle management of Commercial Card products
- Contribute to application, onboarding and acquisition processes
- Take part in underwriting, customer evaluation and risk assessment activities
- Support pricing, limit management and revenue optimization initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Commercial Banking and Sales teams to enhance product performance
- Participate in process improvement initiatives with a focus on efficiency and conversion
- Monitor market dynamics and competition to support product strategy
- Prepare regular performance reports and support management decision-making
