Role Description
We are seeking passionate
SPANISH
Language
Teachers
to join our growing team in İstanbul.
You will teach 1:1 language lessons to preschool and early primary
children (aged 1,5 – 8) in their homes
at various locations, using Bahar Teacher Academy's structured materials and play-based learning approach.
This position is on-site in children's homes.
PART-TIME, OR HOURLY CONTRACT ROLES are available — we are flexible depending on your availability. FULL-TIME contract can be considered after 6 months of employment.

About you
Legally permitted to work in Türkiye (must hold a valid work permit)
Native or genuinely native-like (
we mean it
) proficiency in
SPANISH
Strong passion for teaching young learners and supporting holistic child development
Excellent communication skills with both children and parents
Flexibility and creativity in adapting lessons to individual needs
Emotionally mature, able to prioritise work, energetic and positive
Experience in 1:1 teaching preferred
Owning and driving a car is a plus
