The Role

We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer
who can
own the web experience
of our AI-driven platform — building dashboards, inboxes, and workflow tools that feel fast, intuitive, and delightful.

You'll work closely with backend and AI teams to transform complex automation flows into a clean, usable interface that scales to hundreds of properties and thousands of conversations.

You'll also play a key role in
architecting our frontend codebase
, ensuring performance, consistency, and maintainability across the app.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and develop responsive, performant frontend applications using
    React / (v14+)
    .
  • Collaborate with backend and AI teams to connect APIs and design seamless data-driven UI flows.
  • Define and enforce
    UI/UX consistency, design systems, and code standards
    .
  • Optimize for
    speed, scalability, and reusability
    — keeping Lighthouse scores high.
  • Implement modern patterns (hooks, context, server components, suspense).
  • Participate in architectural decisions, contributing to both product and technical direction.
  • Mentor junior frontend engineers and review PRs.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years
    of professional experience in frontend development.
  • Expert in
    React, TypeScript,
    , and modern frontend architecture.
  • Deep understanding of
    state management
    (Zustand, Redux Toolkit, Recoil, etc.).
  • Strong foundation in
    UI performance optimization and responsive design
    .
  • Experience with
    REST / GraphQL APIs
    and real-time data (WebSocket, SSE).
  • Skilled in
    CSS-in-JS frameworks
    (Tailwind, Styled Components, Emotion).
  • Experience integrating
    AI-powered or dynamic interfaces
    (bonus).
  • Familiarity with
    design systems
    and UI libraries (Radix, ShadCN, MUI).
  • Understanding of
    testing frameworks
    (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
  • Bonus: experience in
    SaaS dashboards, workflow tools, or property tech
    .
