At Lychee Digital, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager to support the execution of end-to-end operational processes of influencer campaigns.

We want to meet a proactive team player who is familiar with influencer marketing workflows, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple tasks and timelines with confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end operational execution of influencer campaigns for various brands
  • Coordinate influencer communication: share briefs, track deadlines, and organize content delivery processes
  • Ensure that the content produced aligns with campaign objectives and the brand's tone of voice
  • Collaborate with creative and videography teams to ensure cohesive campaign output
  • Track campaign timelines, approval processes, and content deliveries
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on campaign progress to the Head of Project Management
  • Support and manage processes related to macro and mid-tier influencer relationships
  • Identify and resolve potential operational issues proactively before they impact the workflow
  • Contribute to operational improvements by staying informed about influencer marketing and digital content production trends

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital campaign management, or project management
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to independently follow up on deadlines, content approvals, and campaign processes
  • Basic knowledge of influencer collaborations, contract processes, content calendars, and performance tracking
  • A detail-oriented, solution-focused, and proactive working style
  • Interest in digital content production and the influencer marketing industry
