We're on the lookout for a passionate Financial Controlling & Analysis Senior Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Purpose of Role:

To control the records related to budget planning and realizations, to coordinate the work of other units, to minimize budget deviations and to support the preparation of necessary financial reports for the effective management and supervision of the planning process of the company's subsidiaries.

Responsibilities:

  • To follow up the income-expense and budget deviations of the company subsidaries and to work in coordination with all units, especially the Budget Planning and Financial Affairs Directorate.
  • To support company subsidaries in preparing the necessary reports and activity reports at the end of the month by ensuring the accuracy of budget data in order for the reporting process to be effective and efficient.
  • To support annual budget planning studies in order to minimize possible errors that may be made in the budget planning studies of company subsidaries
  • To ensure the correct and complete functioning of the budget control process, to ensure the distribution of expenses incurred within the period to the correct cost centers, to detect and minimize budget-realization deviations, and to support the preparation of budget-realization reports of the departments at the end of each month.
  • Preparing financial reports for the holding and senior management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experienced in Financial & Business Controlling
  • High level of understanding of financial and / or commercial systems and policies
  • Experienced in Opex, Capex, Analysis etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
  • Experienced in MS Office applications, ERP applications (preferably Oracle)
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Enjoys working as a team member
  • Willing to take responsibility
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English written and spoken
