Job Description

We are looking for a multilingual Medical Consultant who can communicate fluently in English, French, and Arabic to join our dynamic team in Istanbul.

You will be responsible for managing the entire patient communication process, from the first inquiry to post-treatment follow-up. Your role will be crucial in creating trust, providing accurate information, and ensuring patient satisfaction throughout their journey.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with international patients via WhatsApp, phone, and email
  • Provide clear and detailed information about treatments and procedures
  • Prepare personalized treatment plans and quotations
  • Guide patients through travel, accommodation, and operation arrangements
  • Maintain regular follow-up and post-treatment communication
  • Collaborate closely with medical and coordination teams
  • Represent the clinic's values of trust, transparency, and professionalism

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, French, and Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Experience in medical tourism or customer relations is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented personality
  • Residency in Istanbul
