About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced
AI / Machine Learning Engineer
with strong expertise in

*
Reinforcement Learning,

* Supervised Learning,

* Generative AI

technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions in large-scale environments, contributing to cutting-edge agentic systems and intelligent automation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced ML models, with a focus on
    Reinforcement Learning (RL),
    multi-agent systems (Agentic AI).
  • Build
    AI
    models leveraging algorithms like
    DQN, A3C, PPO, DCQN
    , and optimize their performance in production environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components into complex systems.
  • Manage full AI lifecycle using
    AIOps, LLMOps, and MLOps (MLFlow)
    frameworks.
  • Implement scalable data and model pipelines in Python.
  • Contribute to AI governance initiatives, ensuring
    privacy, security, and model interpretability
    .
  • Design APIs and develop
    MCP (Model Control Protocol)
    modules for AI-driven applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in
    Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering
    , or a related field.
  • 5+ years
    of hands-on experience in designing and deploying ML solutions.
  • Proficiency in
    PyTorch
    ,
    Python
    , and
    LLM
    development.
  • Experience with
    Reinforcement Learning algorithms
    (DQN, A3C, PPO, DCQN) or experience with
    Game AI
    development.
  • Familiarity with
    MongoDB, PostgreSQL
    , or other NoSQL/relational databases.
  • Strong knowledge of
    API
    and
    MCP
    development in Python.
  • Skilled in
    capacity planning
    and
    scalable infrastructure design
    .
  • Experience implementing
    AIOps, LLMOps, and MLOps
    for production-grade ML pipelines.
  • Understanding of
    privacy, cybersecurity
    , and
    AI governance
    frameworks.
