Reponsibilities
  • Knows the technical characteristics, design features, purpose, and modes of operation of the enterprise's equipment (conveyor lines, test blocks, CNC machines), and the rules of its technical operation.
  • Ensures correct technical operation, and uninterrupted operation of production equipment.
  • Repairs devices and takes measures to improve their operation.
  • Performs planned technical inspection of equipment and power tools in production and tool calibration.
  • Implements measures for timely and high-quality performance of repair work according to approved documentation.
  • Checks the performance of the device on the test equipment designed for this purpose according to the test methods.
  • Takes part in checking the technical condition of electronic equipment, conducting preventive inspections, and accepting for developing electronic equipment that is put into operation again.
  • Keeps records and analyzes indicators of the quantities of electronic equipment that was repaired.
  • Creates applications for spare parts for it, technical documentation for repairs, and creates a work report.
  • Controls the timely supply of electronic equipment with spare parts and materials.
  • Monitors the technical condition of the control and measuring equipment used
  • Keeps his workplace clean.
Qualifications
  • Vocational and technical education;
  • Work experience of 2 years or more in the field of repair and maintenance of electrical appliances;
  • Knowledge of electronics and electromechanics;
  • An experienced PC user;
  • Work skills and mini PC settings (RaspberryPi, OrangePi);
  • Skills in working with programs for flashing microcontrollers;
  • Skills of working with Altium designer (reading diagrams, circuit board files);
  • Skills in working with control and measuring devices: oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.;
  • Skills in mounting SMD (0402), and DIP components.
Special knowledge of:
  • Resolutions, orders, methodical and regulatory materials on maintenance and repair of equipment.Prospects of technical development of the enterprise.
  • Organization of repair work and maintenance of equipment.A unified system of planned preventive maintenance and rational operation of technical equipment.
  • Technical characteristics, design features, purpose and mode of operation of the enterprise's equipment, and rules for its technical operation.
  • Repair work planning methods.
  • The enterprise's production processes.
  • Advanced repair systems and repair technology.
  • Procedure for submitting applications for equipment, materials, spare parts, tools, etc.
