Position Summary:
Were expanding our remote support team in Turkey and looking for a fluent German (C2) and English (C1) speaker to provide excellent customer care to international clients.
Main Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries across multiple channels.

Resolve product or account-related questions.

Ensure timely and professional responses.

Maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements:

C2-level German and C1 English.

Prior customer service experience preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills and customer empathy.
