Grand Clinic is a leading company in the medical tourism industry, based in Istanbul, Turkey. We specialize in aesthetic and medical treatments for international patients, providing a complete patient journey from consultation to aftercare.
We are looking for a creative and experienced Videographer with healthcare/medical tourism experience to join our team and help strengthen Grand Clinic’s visual identity and digital presence.
About The Role
As a Videographer at Grand Clinic, you will be responsible for creating high-quality and engaging video content that showcases our clinic, doctors, treatments, facilities, patient experiences, and brand. You will work closely with our Marketing, Social Media, Sales, and Medical teams to produce professional content for international audiences. Key And Responsibilities Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content for Grand Clinic. Create content showcasing our medical and aesthetic treatments, including hair transplantation, plastic surgery, dental treatments, bariatric surgery, dermatology, and cosmetic procedures. Film doctors, medical professionals, clinic facilities, treatments, patient journeys, and testimonials. Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms. Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards for video campaigns. Produce promotional, educational, testimonial, and behind-the-scenes content. Edit videos with professional transitions, subtitles, sound, music, and visual effects. Adapt content for different social media formats and platforms. Work with the Marketing and Social Media teams to develop content based on campaign objectives. Maintain a consistent and professional Grand Clinic brand image across all video content. Organize and manage video footage, files, and equipment. Ensure patient privacy, confidentiality, and consent requirements are respected during filming. Follow current social media trends and develop creative video concepts suitable for international audiences. Requirements Proven experience as a Videographer, preferably in healthcare, medical tourism, aesthetics, dental, hospital, or clinic environments. Strong portfolio demonstrating professional video production and editing. Excellent knowledge of cameras, lighting, microphones, and video equipment. Strong editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software. Experience creating social media and short-form video content. Strong understanding of composition, lighting, sound, framing, and visual storytelling. Ability to present medical and technical topics in an engaging and visually appealing way. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaborate with different departments. Ability to work on-site at Grand Clinic in Istanbul. Good communication and organizational skills. English proficiency is preferred. Additional languages are a plus. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in medical tourism or healthcare content production. Experience filming patient testimonials and treatment-related content. Experience working with international patients. Knowledge of healthcare content standards and patient confidentiality. Experience creating video content for paid advertising campaigns. Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form formats.
