What You’ll Do You will start by supporting our daily business and office operations, gaining practical experience across different administrative and commercial activities. Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting daily business administration and office operations
• Organizing and maintaining business documents, invoices, records, and correspondence
• Coordinating with banks, accountants, notaries, authorities, and business partners
• Monitoring payments, expenses, deadlines, and administrative processes
• Communicating with colleagues and external partners in an international environment
• Supporting management with organizational and business-related tasks
• Using digital tools and modern technologies to improve everyday workflows
• Identifying problems, following up on open matters, and finding practical solutions Some tasks will be routine. Others will require initiative, judgment, and independent thinking. What counts is not only completing tasks, but understanding why they matter and taking responsibility for the result. Who We’re Looking For We are particularly interested in university students studying business administration, economics, finance, international business, or related subjects. However, your academic background alone will not determine whether you are the right person. We are looking for someone who:
• Has an excellent command of English and communicates confidently in an international environment
• Speaks Turkish fluently and can communicate professionally with local institutions
• Has a strong understanding of fundamental business and economic principles
• Is genuinely interested in international markets, companies, and entrepreneurship
• Thinks analytically, understands connections, and asks intelligent questions
• Learns quickly and enjoys taking on new challenges
• Works independently, accurately, and reliably
• Takes initiative rather than waiting for detailed instructions
• Is confident using digital tools and interested in new technologies
• Has the ambition to develop professionally and take on increasing responsibility Previous professional experience is welcome, but not essential. We can teach you our internal systems and processes.
