People & Culture Intern

We’re Hiring: People & Culture Interns At Kolektif House, we believe People & Culture is much more than processes and paperwork. It is about understanding people, turning data into meaningful insights, creating better employee experiences, and helping the organization grow. We are looking for two curious, energetic, and detail-oriented People & Culture Interns to join our team. Depending on your interests and strengths, you can begin your HR journey in one of the following tracks: 📊 Track 1: Performance, Learning & People Analytics In this role, you will support projects focused on employee performance, learning and development, and HR reporting. What you’ll work on: Supporting performance management and goal-setting processes Assisting with training needs analysis and learning programs Coordinating training calendars, participation, and feedback processes Preparing regular HR reports, dashboards, and presentations Analyzing employee, performance, and engagement data Supporting employee engagement surveys and related action plans Following up on departmental KPIs and People & Culture metrics Contributing to process improvement and employee experience projects 🔎 Track 2: Talent Acquisition & HR Operations In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across the recruitment journey and day-to-day People & Culture operations. What you’ll work on: Supporting job posting, sourcing, and candidate screening processes Conducting initial candidate calls and assisting with interviews Coordinating interview schedules and candidate communication Supporting recruitment reporting and maintaining candidate records Assisting with offer, onboarding, and orientation processes Supporting employee documentation and HR system updates Contributing to employee lifecycle processes and internal communications Helping improve the overall candidate and employee experience Who we’re looking for: University students in their 3rd or 4th year, or recent graduates Preferably studying Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Labor Economics, Sociology, or a related field Interested in building a career in People & Culture Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working with data, digital tools, and Microsoft Office Proactive, responsible, and eager to take ownership Detail-oriented while still able to see the bigger picture A collaborative team player with a genuine interest in people Able to work regularly as part of a long-term internship program Good command of English is a plus What you’ll gain: Hands-on experience in real People & Culture projects The opportunity to take ownership instead of only observing Exposure to both strategic HR practices and daily operations Close collaboration with different teams and managers A dynamic environment where your ideas and contributions are valued A strong foundation for your future career in HR 📩
