We're building the next generation of hybrid-casual puzzle games, combining innovative mechanics with engaging gameplay. We're looking for a passionate, creative, and data-driven *Game Producer

What You'll Do
- Lead the development of mobile games from initial concept to launch.
- Drive game ideation, prototyping, testing, and iteration processes.
- Work closely with developers and artists to create engaging gameplay experiences.
- Analyze game performance metrics and player behavior to make data-driven decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve game mechanics, retention, and overall player experience.
- Manage development priorities and ensure efficient execution across the team.
- Research market trends, competitor games, and emerging gameplay mechanics.
- Take ownership of game quality, performance, and product outcomes. ### What We're Looking For
- Experience in mobile game production, game design, or product management.
- Strong understanding of mobile gaming, especially puzzle and hybrid-casual genres.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong game sense and the ability to identify engaging and scalable gameplay mechanics.
- Ability to turn creative ideas into clear, actionable development plans.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Passion for playing, analyzing, and creating mobile games. ### Nice to Have
- Experience developing or managing successful mobile puzzle games.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and early-stage game development.
- Experience in ideation and game design methods.
- Experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, analysis, and production workflows.
