Join one of Turkiye's leading international dental clinics Antlara Dental is looking for a professional, empathetic, and patient-focused International Patient Coordinator fluent in English to join our growing international team in Antalya. Our Patient Coordinators play a key role in delivering this experience. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Coordinate patient appointments, treatment schedules, and clinic processes
• Support international patients before, during, and after their treatment
• Maintain clear, professional, and reassuring communication with patients
• Ensure patients receive accurate and consistent information about their treatment journey and clinic processes, in coordination with the clinical team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in CRM and patient management systems
• Follow up proactively with patients and ensure continuity of communication
• Coordinate effectively with dentists, clinical teams, sales, operations, and other departments
• Identify patient needs and resolve questions or concerns efficiently
• Support administrative and operational processes relating to international patients
• Contribute to Antlara Dental's high standards of patient satisfaction and service quality 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
• Fluent English, both spoken and written; minimum C1 level preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Strong computer skills and confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, digital communication tools, and patient management software
• Professional, attentive, and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional when handling sensitive or challenging patient situations
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple patients and processes in a fast-paced international environment
• Strong teamwork and cross-departmental coordination skills
• Confidence in communicating with patients from different cultural backgrounds
• Flexibility to work according to clinic and international patient schedules when required
• Legal eligibility to work in Turkiye
• Previous experience in medical tourism, dentistry, healthcare, patient coordination, customer service, hospitality, or sales is an advantage
• Knowledge of Turkish and additional foreign languages is an advantage 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀
