• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in fit-out Works, retail architectural projects, technical operations/procurement, project management
• Experience in team management, contractor management, and cross-functional project coordination,
• Experience in preparing corporate identity book,
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3Dmax/Sketchup and MS Office,
• Good command of both written and spoken English,
• Strong leadership, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills,
• Experience in CAPEX and OPEX budget planning, tracking, and reporting,
• No restriction for travel.
Job Description
• Managing construction, renovation, maintenance, and fit-out projects for new and existing stores in line with corporate identity
• Leading and coordinating internal technical teams, external contractors, consultants, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle,
• Monitoring on-site progress, identifying potential risks and technical issues, and ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions,
• Ensuring the quality of construction works, building materials, technical installations,
• Managing the maintenance processes of the existing stores and coordinating necessary conversions of technical installations,
• Developing and implementing smart workplace activities, efficiency initiatives, and technical improvement projects. •
