Beymen Group, a company that stands out with its principles, values, and commitment to social responsibility, is looking for a Senior System Administrator to join our team We seek passionate, creative, and courageous professionals who embrace continuous learning and prioritize customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
• Minimum 7 years of relevant infrastructure experience,
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,
• Management of virtualization environments and technologies, including VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V,
• Installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows Server and Linux environments,
• Administration of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, and IIS services,
• Administration of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams,
• Administration and management of Microsoft Azure infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments,
• Server patch management, capacity planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring,
• Management of backup infrastructure using Veeam Backup & Replication and HPE StoreOnce,
• PowerShell scripting and automation for infrastructure management and operational tasks,
• Management of user identities, access permissions, VPN, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems,
• Administration of Active Directory and Exchange Online accounts, groups, mailboxes, and permissions,
• Management and operation of Disaster Recovery (DR) environments, including DR site infrastructure, replication, failover, and recovery processes,
• Leading infrastructure projects and managing technical documentation,
• Coordination and service management with third-party vendors and technology partners,
• Providing technical support for internal and external audit and control processes,
• Infrastructure monitoring, alarm, and alert management,
• Based in Ankara or Eskişehir, or willing to work in these locations.
