Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related departments Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR industrial relations practices, personnel affairs, and labor legislation processes Experienced in onboarding/offboarding, personnel file management, leave, benefits, and reporting processes for blue-collar and/or white-collar employees Able to follow SSI processes, legal notifications, incentive practices, and related labor legislation Able to take an active role in coordinating OHS processes, site/facility visits, and employee training activities Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and willingness to work with ERP systems Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken Strong analytical mindset and organizational skills Strong communication skills, constructive approach, and sense of responsibility

Job Description
Manage HR operations and employee relations processes end to end for YEO’s overseas subsidiaries and international affiliates. Manage onboarding, offboarding, personnel file, and archive processes for blue-collar and white-collar employees in line with company procedures and legal requirements Ensure that all required documents are collected during onboarding and that employment contracts, data protection documents, OHS documents, and undertakings are duly completed and signed Follow up, control, and report employees’ annual leave, unpaid leave, medical reports, advance payments, and benefits processes Support the timely and complete execution of SSI workplace opening/closing, transfers, declarations, accounting records, and legal notification processes Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to timekeeping, attendance, onboarding/offboarding, and other HR operations Follow up headquarters, workshop, factory, and site processes in coordination with the OHS department; support required visits, occupational physician arrangements, and training planning Support the organization and conclusion of mediation processes when required during offboarding Follow current regulations regarding incentives, legislation, and HR practices; prepare necessary reports and briefings Contribute to preparation, data control, and improvement activities related to the relevant processes during ERP and digital system transitions
