About Henneth Henneth is the infrastructure layer between brands and the AI models people now shop through. We build Lens (how models represent a brand), Prism (catalog and brand data served to models as a source of truth) and Playbooks (turning the gaps into work). Customers include Sephora, Flormar, Kığılı, iBOOD and instantprint. What "AI-first" means here: we use AI tools and coding agents every day to research, write, build and analyze. We'll ask how you use them, and we expect you to improve how we do. Start date: January 2027. We are interviewing between now and December 2026 and expect to make offers in November and December, so there is a deliberate gap between offer and first day. Tell us your notice period when you apply. If your notice period runs longer than eight weeks, tell us, and we can work with a February start for the right person. The team becomes operationally live in March 2027. Where you will work: we work flexibly with no fixed office days, and we meet in person in İstanbul once a week, so you need to be able to be in İstanbul weekly. About The Role
You'll be our founding product manager in Istanbul, owning the roadmap for Lens and Prism. You'll work directly with the founders, our customers and engineering. In your first 90 days
• Run discovery with our existing enterprise customers and turn it into a prioritized roadmap
• Define success metrics for Lens and Prism and set up a weekly release rhythm
• Ship at least one customer-requested improvement end to end

What you'll do
• Run discovery with enterprise brands and turn what you learn into clear specs
• Ship weekly and define success metrics before every launch
• Shape pricing, packaging and go-to-market with the founders
• Work AI-first in discovery, analysis and documentation What we're looking for
• 3+ years of product management in B2B SaaS or developer tools
• Experience shipping data-heavy or analytics products
• Comfort in technical conversations with engineers
• Clear, concise writing in English Nice to have
• Experience in e-commerce, retail or marketing technology This role is probably not for you if You prefer a mature roadmap process and a dedicated research team.
