LiveStreaming - Operations Specialist

About StarMaker: StarMaker is a leading global music and live streaming platform that empowers users to showcase their talent and connect with others in creative and meaningful ways. We are expanding our operations team and are looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Operations Specialist to help us grow our live streaming ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain relationships with local guilds and streamers, ensuring alignment with platform goals and growth metrics.
• Independently plan, organize, and execute interactive livestream events such as PKs and Livehouse performances.
• Analyze event outcomes, user behavior, and guild performance to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on competitor trends, identify opportunities, and recommend innovative operational tactics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including product, marketing, and content to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Support business development efforts and contribute to expanding the platform’s network and strategic partnerships.

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in live streaming, entertainment, or digital operations.
• Proven ability to engage and coordinate with local communities or guilds.
• Strong event planning and execution skills, especially in a virtual environment.
• Deep understanding of the livestreaming landscape, trends, and competitors.
• Proficiency in English; multilingual ability is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player with strong execution skills.
• BD (Business Development) experience or resources is a strong advantage.
