E-Commerce Sales Specialist

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or marketplace operations,
• Knowledge of own e-commerce and marketplace processes,
• Advanced command of English, with proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and AI tools,
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and result-oriented,
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines,
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description
• Contribute to the execution of the Business Unit strategy by translating commercial priorities into effective actions across own e-commerce and marketplace channels.
• Execute approved pricing, campaign, product, and channel actions accurately and on time.
• Track daily sales performance and flag significant deviations, risks, and operational issues.
• Monitor pricing accuracy, stock availability, product visibility, and campaign execution across all channels.
• Coordinate product listing and activation requirements with Content, PIM, and relevant teams.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely execution of commercial and operational actions.
• Maintain action plans and follow up on commercial and operational activities until completion.
• Support performance reporting, competitor monitoring, and recurring commercial controls.
• Contribute to Business Unit projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools in daily commercial and operational activities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
