We are looking for motivated, results-driven, and customer-oriented professionals to join our team in the medical tourism sector, specializing in aesthetic treatments, hair transplantation, and dental treatments.
Requirements
• Previous experience in call center operations, sales, or medical tourism is preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
• A target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to sales.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages:
• Spanish
• Italian
• German
• Bulgarian
• French
• Romanian
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with potential clients via phone and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about aesthetic procedures, hair transplantation, and dental treatments.
• Identify clients’ needs and recommend suitable treatment options.
• Manage the sales process and schedule appointments.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while contributing to sales targets.
