Job Description
For our international industry-leading client, we are looking for an experienced Senior Database Administrator (DBA) with strong expertise in CLICKHOUSE to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance database environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, availability, and efficient data processing. Requirements
• B.
Sc. degree in Computer Engineering or a related area,
• Minimum 5 years of experience,
• Hands-on experience in CLICKHOUSE database administration and performance optimization.
• Strong SQL knowledge and query optimization skills.
• Install, configure, administer, and maintain ClickHouse database environments.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB.
• Monitor database health, performance, resource utilization, and availability.
• Optimize SQL queries, database schemas, indexing strategies, and data storage.
• Manage ClickHouse clusters, replication, sharding, and distributed database configurations.
• Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Troubleshoot database performance bottlenecks and production incidents.
• Perform database capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Ensure database security, access control, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to support high-volume data processing applications.)
• Minumum B2 Level English.
