- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing Active Directory and Unified Messaging services.
- Deep understanding of Active Directory, Exchange Server, MS Teams, and related technologies.
- Proficiency with Group Policy and Manage Engine Suite.
- Good command of English both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment *
What You'll Do
*
- Design, implement, and manage Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS), Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS), and Active Directory Rights Management Services (AD RMS).
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of Exchange Server, MS Teams, and Skype for Business.
- Manage Microsoft Identity Manager GAL Sync, Group Policy, and the Manage Engine Suite (AD Audit Plus, AD Self Service Plus, AD Manager Plus, Exchange Reporter Plus).
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all Active Directory and Unified Messaging services.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
