We are looking for a proactive, organized, and highly motivated Founder’s Associate who will work directly with the founder across the entire YazılımaOrg ecosystem. This is not a traditional assistant role. The person joining us will be involved in software product management, team coordination, business development, operational processes, growth initiatives, market research, new project launches, and the overall expansion of the YazılımaOrg ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be able to move between strategy and execution. One day you may be coordinating a software project, another day researching a new market, following up with team members, analyzing growth opportunities, improving an internal workflow, or helping turn a new idea into an actionable project. Good written and spoken English is important for this role. You should be comfortable reading documentation, researching international sources, communicating when necessary, and working with global software and AI tools. Native or advanced-level English is not required, but being able to use English confidently in a professional environment is expected. We are looking for someone who is organized, analytical, fast-learning, technology-oriented, and willing to take ownership. You should be able to manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, follow projects from beginning to end, and take initiative instead of waiting for detailed instructions. Responsibilities may include coordinating software projects, following product development processes, supporting the founder in strategic decisions, managing operational workflows, coordinating teams and external partners, conducting market and competitor research, supporting growth initiatives, tracking priorities and KPIs, helping with product launches, and taking ownership of high-priority projects. Experience or interest in AI tools, SaaS products, startups, digital products, e-commerce, automation, project management, data analysis, or software development processes will be considered a strong advantage. We are looking for someone who can understand the objective, identify what needs to be done, organize the process, and help move the business forward. This role will work closely with the founder and will have visibility into many areas of the business. As YazılımaOrg grows, the responsibility and impact of this position can grow significantly as well. Preferred profile: early-career professional, highly curious, disciplined, energetic, technology-oriented, and genuinely interested in building products and companies.
