Servet Fethiye is seeking an experienced
Financial Affairs Director
to lead our Finance and Accounting functions across group companies and, more importantly, to build and strengthen the financial systems, processes, and management infrastructure required for our next stage of growth.
This role is particularly suited to a finance leader who has worked in a manufacturing-driven environment, understands the economics behind products and operations, and has hands-on experience in building financial processes, cost structures, reporting systems, and ERP-supported workflows.
We are looking for someone who is not only comfortable managing an existing finance organization, but who genuinely enjoys
building, redesigning, standardizing, and improving systems.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the Finance and Accounting functions across the group companies, covering accounting, treasury, budgeting, financial planning, management reporting, and internal controls
- Build and continuously improve the company's financial management infrastructure, processes, policies, controls, and reporting standards
- Establish and strengthen management accounting and cost accounting systems that provide reliable visibility into product and operational performance
- Develop robust methodologies for product costing, standard and actual cost analysis, contribution margins, gross margin analysis, and profitability by product, category, channel, and business unit
- Work closely with Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, and other functions to understand cost drivers and improve operational and financial performance
- Ensure that raw material, labor, overhead, inventory, production losses, yields, and other manufacturing cost components are accurately reflected in product costs
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and establish effective budget vs. actual, variance, profitability, and performance analysis
- Provide senior management with clear, decision-oriented financial analysis rather than purely statutory or accounting-based reporting
- Oversee cash flow planning, treasury management, banking relationships, financing processes, and liquidity management
- Review and validate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Design and strengthen internal control systems and financial governance frameworks across the group companies
- Lead the improvement and redesign of Finance and Accounting processes within the Odoo ERP environment, ensuring that financial and operational data are integrated and reliable
- Take an active role in ERP and process transformation initiatives, including workflow design, data structures, reporting requirements, controls, and system adoption
- Identify manual, fragmented, or inefficient financial processes and transform them into standardized, scalable, and data-driven workflows
- Ensure consistent financial practices, accounting principles, and reporting standards across group companies
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance and Accounting teams while establishing clear roles, responsibilities, controls, and performance standards What We're Looking For Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant Finance and Accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong hands-on experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, product costing, margin analysis, and profitability management
- Solid understanding of how production processes, raw materials, labor, overhead, inventory, waste/yield, and capacity utilization affect product costs and margins
- Demonstrated experience in building or significantly improving financial processes, management reporting structures, internal controls, or finance operating models
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Logo, or comparable platforms
- Previous involvement in an ERP implementation, migration, transformation, or major process redesign project
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash flow management, and financial planning capabilities
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Strong analytical capability and the ability to translate financial and operational data into actionable business insights
- A hands-on leadership style with the willingness to go into operational detail when necessary Strongly Preferred
- Experience in FMCG, food production, consumer goods, or manufacturing
- Experience managing Finance and Accounting in a multi-company or group structure
- CPA / Chartered Accountant (SMMM) certification
- Experience with IFRS reporting and audit processes
- Experience working in organizations undergoing growth, professionalization, ERP transformation, or process restructuring The Profile That Will Succeed in This Role We believe this role will be particularly attractive to a finance leader who:
- Enjoys building systems rather than simply operating existing ones
- Is curious about how products are produced, what drives their cost, and where margins are created or lost
- Can move comfortably between the factory floor, ERP data, financial statements, and management discussions
- Challenges unreliable data and fragmented processes and works systematically to improve them
- Combines strong financial discipline with a practical understanding of business operations
- Is comfortable working in an environment where some processes are already established while others still need to be designed, standardized, or rebuilt.
Location:
Fethiye, Muğla This is an office-based role with active interaction with our production and operational sites. We welcome applications from candidates currently based in Fethiye as well as candidates who are willing to relocate. If you have built financial systems before, understand the economics of manufacturing, and are motivated by the opportunity to create a stronger and more scalable financial infrastructure, we would be pleased to hear from you.
