Overview Senior Specialist, Offer Category Management
- Consulting Services will be responsible for defining and executing the Consulting Services category strategy across Türkiye,Central Asia,Kazakhstan and the markets within scope, translating market and customer insights into differentiated and profitable offers. The position will act as the commercial owner of the category, aligning Marketing, Sales, Consulting Delivery, Operations, Finance, partners, and global and zone teams to accelerate pipeline, orders, sales, margin, and customer value. Main Mission Develop the Consulting Services business by growing pipeline, orders, sales, and profitability across Türkiye,Central Asia,Kazakhstan and the markets within scope: Accountable for end-to-end category strategy, lifecycle, growth, and profitability Identify growth opportunities through customer, installed-base, account, and market insights Build campaigns, sales plays, commercial tools, and enablement programs Drive local offer launches, adoption, and post-launch optimization Develop pull-through into modernization, digital, recurring, and other service offers
Key Responsibilities
Drive the Consulting Services Offer Category and Business Development: Develop and Execute the Category Strategy: Align global and zone direction with local customer, market, and growth priorities. Manage the Offer Lifecycle: Own localization, availability, documentation, booking rules, roadmap, and phase-out. Own Growth and Profitability: Track orders, sales, margin, pipeline, conversion, and penetration; drive recovery actions. Develop Pricing Strategy: Set pricing methodology, price corridors, discount discipline, and margin actions. Generate Market and Customer Insights: Use VoC, sales, installed-base, account, and market data to prioritize growth. Build Differentiated Value Propositions: Translate technical content into business value, risk, energy, and sustainability outcomes. Enable Sales Teams: Deliver pitches, battlecards, case studies, ROI tools, quotation guides, and training. Support Strategic Opportunities: Shape customer solutions and proposals with Sales, Tendering, and Consulting Delivery. Drive Cross-Sell and Pull-Through: Convert consulting insights into modernization, digital, and recurring opportunities. Maintain Competitive Intelligence: Track competitors, local players, pricing, channels, and market trends. General: Organize and Accelerate Training: Build Consulting Services knowledge across Sales, Services, and business units. Coordinate and Close the Loop Between Stakeholders: Ensure coordinated execution between functions with clear ownership. Stay Close to Customer Needs: Consolidate local feedback to improve offers and customer experience. Action Planning and Follow-Up: Turn KPI insights into actions, owners, deadlines, and closure. Coordinate Strategic Initiatives for Performance Achievement: Targeted Segment and Account Campaigns: Execute campaigns and sales plays for priority segments and accounts. Installed-Base-Led Opportunity Creation: Use asset and account intelligence to identify consulting opportunities. Partner and Channel Development: Define partner value propositions, criteria, commercial models, and performance. Offer Launch and Adoption: Coordinate readiness, pricing, tools, capacity, adoption, and optimization. KPI Monitoring and Management of Consulting Services Goals: Reconcile YTD Consulting Services Performance: Translate performance gaps into growth, margin, and recovery plans. Develop a Healthy and Accurate Sales Pipeline: Improve pipeline quality, coverage, velocity, and conversion. Pricing and Margin Management: Track price quality, discount, and margin; lead corrective actions. Data Analysis and Dashboard Management: Consolidate data, identify trends, and align local and global reporting. Performance Review: Review results with stakeholders and ensure decision and action follow-up. Key Success Factors Engagement and influence of Services leadership and key stakeholders. Ability to deploy category strategy, governance, and go-to-market. Strong customer and segment knowledge to articulate consulting value. Strong commercial and financial acumen across pricing, margin, pipeline, and forecast. Ability to manage multiple KPIs and address underperformance. Education /

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in offer, product or category management, services marketing, business development, technical consulting, or a B2B commercial role. Experience in energy management, electrification, industrial solutions, building or data-center infrastructure, or technical services is an advantage.
