Overview
The Products and Engineering (P&E) team in MEA is performance driven and works across functions (i.e., product development, marketing, global and regional product teams) to refine and execute winning propositions for the region.

As a senior specialist of Digital products, you will be responsible for managing the product strategies that will drive network tokenization across the Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. You will work on various MDES (Mastercard Digital Enablement Service) products across issuer and acquirer domains, with a single-minded focus to drive adoption and usage of tokinisation.

Issuer Products – X-Pays (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung pay etc.), Active and Passive wearables, Digital wallets for CNPs (Card Not Present) etc.

Acquiring Products – Secure card on File for Merchants, commerce platform, Token Authentication framework (TAF), Click-to-pay etc.

You will work in alignment with the Global product organizations, Regional & Country account management, Customer excellence and market development teams to help bring to life the digital strategy of the region.

Key Responsibilities of this role -
• Manage the product line strategy by assessing consumer pain points, evaluating our competitive position, outlining gaps, and propose solutions that consider the market conditions and overall economics across stakeholders and across the value chain.
• Provide critical data insights of each product to all the stakeholders across products, Market teams and finance
• Responsibility to perform and track activities related to each digital product around billing, tracking penetration metrics, product deployments insights
• Actively drive and support compliance of all mandates around digital products
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, customer success, finance, advisors, and customer delivery to provide actionable data to drive execution of go-to-market strategies for every market
• Participation, review and tracking of global announcements and sharing the information/ required actions to relevant regional teams
• Design, Build Data Insights Service / Product to be commercialized to our customers.
• Assist Global and regional teams in creating training material/ Solution documents relevant to the region and help advance capability of the customer facing teams.
• Support Executive Leadership Team by providing powerful Data Insights that will drive decision-making and identify threats and opportunities.
• Support with Managing RFP's
• Support with key project management
• Support with key vendor management (onboarding, performance tracking)

• Passion for Data Analytics and using data as an asset to drive product strategy and business decision making.
• Passion and curiosity to study and comprehend various facets of digital payment ecosystem
• Ability to talk with different Business Teams and Customers, identify their Needs and translate those into Data Analytics Models Requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to solve problems and deliver actionable insights to support the business and leadership teams.
• Experience in Designing and Building Data Insights Services/Products for External Customers is a plus.
• Consulting Experience is a plus, as well as regional roles with cross teams' collaboration.
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in the payment/technology industry in product management.
• Understanding of the Digital Payments ecosystem trends and fast-changing environment.
• Proven record of accomplishment in bringing ideas from creation to execution.
• Experience in the diverse MEA region ecosystem desirable.
• Strong operational/technical background within the payments and financial services industries.
• Strong execution skills, able to get things done through influencing others
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to customers and at conferences
• Strong business acumen – ability to understand and make recommendations around pricing
