Job Mission:

The Accounting Intern is a part of the Accounting & Finance function. The Accounting Intern may support several accounting related functions such as General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Accounting or other accounting and finance related functions as needed.

Main Responsibility:
  • Providing support to the accounting department on business follow-up, and other issues within the accounting department
  • Responding to reconciliation requests, checking current movements in case of balance reconciliation
  • Sharing data with the auditors for whole audit requests, answering questions
  • Managing approval/integration processes for sales/return invoices
  • Following all incoming invoices using e-invoice system
  • Checking the accounts in accounting
  • Carrying out office tasks such as data entry, filing and archiving


Profil

Education:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferably last year of University)

Professional experience & know how:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • SAP or other accounting system experience (preferred)

Languages
  • English preferred

Other skills
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic finance team.
