We are seeking a caring and committed professional to join our experienced and enthusiastic secondary team. This is a full time position. The teaching assistant will work under the direction of the Assistant Head Teacher and secondary teaching team to meet the social, emotional and academic needs of the students in KS3 & KS4.
The successful applicants will:
Be experienced in working or volunteering within an educational settingDemonstrate some understanding of the educational and social needs of the students at the age level for which they are applying (ages 11-15)Be motivated and eager to learnBe imaginative, creative and able to use their initiativeAble to work flexibly as part of a high performing teamBring a sense of energy, enthusiasm and passion to the roleHave an excellent command of the English Language (written & spoken)
