We are currently looking for Distributor Area Manager who will be based in İstanbul and directly reporting to Distributor Channel Manager. In this role, you will mainly be accountable for the compliance with the spending guidelines, monitoring the performance. Working very closely with the several departments; specifically with trade marketing, you will define commercial priorities, with each and every detail, including pricing, promotional campaigns, display implementations.

This position will be acting as a bridge between the company and the distributor. If you trust your coordination and analytical skills, apply now and become a part of our sales team 
 

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the proper budget management in line with business objectives
  • Propose sales volume budget; the forecast of commercial and assigned structure costs
  • Define area/client plan guidelines; and set growth target for clients/area and monitor progress 
  • Design and implement solutions to specific performance issues (new initiatives, additional events, discounts, stock and service level changes)
  • Assess and propose solutions (organization/structure) in order to improve the coverage and the performance of distributor channel
  • Contribute to business development strategies and provide input to annual business development plans for relevant area
  • Work closely with distributor sales team and encourage them to make frequent customer visits to understand market needs and business requirements
  • Lead and provide guidance to distributor sales team during the negotiations with local key accounts as well as contract management processes 
  • Ensure proper negotiation management regarding contract signing, conflict management, etc…
Who we are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferably +5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in key account management and working with distributors
  • Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly, provide guidance and intereact with various stakeholders 
  • Advanced problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop solutions and make sound decisions
  • Fluency both in written and spoken English and Turkish
