Job IdentificationWe are now seeking for a Finance Analyst to be a part of our Financial Planning and Analysis team with business analytics perspective. The main responsibilities and the specifications for the role are shared below:
What We Expect- Responsible from planning, close monitoring and analyzing actual financial statements of the company in line with the strategic priorities
- Keeps track of EarnX, ensures monthly accurate SKU profitability reporting of Sell-in&Sell-Out PLs and prepares relevant reports for submissions
- Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization while creating smart and useful reporting processes
- Being a part of new projects & new technologies for finance department
- Generating prescriptive & predictive dashboards for pro-active financial decision making by using big data
- Supports commercial & supply chain teams for the overall financial management with adhoc financial reports
- Undergraduate Degree
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English & Turkish
- Good financial knowledge and business acumen
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strategic mindset and planning skills
- Advanced skills with Data Visualization tools e.g., Power BI
- Ability to work with big data platforms
- Self-starter with effective communication skills
