Jr. Product Owner/Project Manager

As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of our online language-learning products. This includes defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of new features and functionality, and continuously optimizing the user experience.

Key responsibilities

Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including engineering, design, content, and marketing) to ensure the successful delivery of new features and functionality

Continuously optimize the user experience by analyzing usage data and customer feedback, and iterating on the product accordingly

Work closely with the team to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet business objectives

Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters, including communicating with stakeholders, managing expectations, and providing updates on progress.

Testing new features

Collaborating with stakeholders and taking actions for understanding needs and product's health

What we are looking for

Interest or experience as a Product Owner or similar role Proven track record of defining and delivering successful product initiatives

Strong understanding of agile development methodologies

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on data-driven insights

Open to learning and continuously improving in your role
