The ideal candidate will be experienced in a finance role with an understanding of finance operations and will have experience in relationship management. He/she will have problem-solving skills focused on improving processes and strengthening relationships with vendors. The candidate will have an action-driven approach and will need to work proactively on issues related to vendor accounts while identifying areas for improvement. European language speaker / Multilingual.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working on complex vendor inquiries and resolving the queries in a timely manner.
- Meeting or exceeding applicable metrics of the process assigned.
- Working on underlying issues and fixing the root causes.
- Managing vendor queries via inbound email and outbound calls.
- Maintaining customer relationships by responding timely and accurately to both internal (company) and external (vendor) questions and requests for information.
- Efficiently managing queries and issues through proactive coordination with vendors and internal teams.
- Understanding the pain points of vendors and resolving vendor disputes.
- Providing prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to vendors.
- Escalating when appropriate to direct manager and/or senior leaders.
- Performing other projects and duties as required.
Basic qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years graduate certificate.
- Amicable to taking inbound and outbound calls and, if necessary, working overtime.
- Proficient in the French language.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Flexible to work in a shifting schedule.
- Exemplifies traits of being a team player, has good interpersonal skills, is hardworking, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work with minimal supervision.
- Open to working with diverse teams with different cultures on a global scale.
Preferred qualifications:
- Prior experience of at least 2 years in a similar role in Finance & Accounting as an Analyst or in a BPO industry catering to customer needs.
- Preferably with Accounts Payable experience.
- A desire to take responsibility and ownership for projects from day one.
- A drive for continuous learning and self-development.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Fluency in other European languages is an advantage.
