QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related fields.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and SAP HR modules.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and match candidates skills to job requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations regarding hiring processes is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the company.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
  • Create and post engaging job advertisements on multiple platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Actively utilize social media platforms and professional networks to connect with potential candidates.
  • Utilize SAP HR modules and tools to manage recruitment and candidate data effectively.
  • Ensure the hiring process complies with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support employer branding efforts by promoting the company's culture and values.
  • Regularly report on recruitment metrics and recommend improvements to hiring practices.
