Job Description

  1. Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns on all channels such as Facebook, Google, and other ad networks by data-driven decisions
  2. Continuously A/B test and try to find new approaches based on the results
  3. Reporting campaign results on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  4. Implement successful optimization strategies based on reported data.
  5. Collaborate with the creative team to provide KPI insights to produce new key creatives.
  6. Provide insightful analysis of campaigns and their results

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in related fields
  2. 4-5 years experience at marketing department in a digital marketing position
  3. Proven experience and skills especially in SEM but not limited to
  4. Hands-on experience in performance marketing channels such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok
  5. Preferably having knowledge of Trivago and Google Hotels Ads
  6. A strong understanding of analytics, automatization and optimization tools
  7. Aware of paid and unpaid channel Dynamics, knowledge with SEO topics
  8. Technical experience in market, competitor and consumer analysis
  9. Proven Experience in managing resources, significant budgets and their optimization
  10. Qualified experience in management by objectives, KPIs
  11. Cross functional coordination with all mkt, sales and commercial teams to support business growth
  12. Knowledge of Google UAC, FB Ads, Apple Search Ads
  13. Knowledge of digital marketing terms like CPC, CTR, CPA, CPI, Retention etc.
  14. Knowledge of Firebase, Appsflyer, Google Analytics
  15. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  16. Ability to report, analyze and understand data
  17. Team-work oriented, self-motivated and open-minded
  18. Outstanding analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and strength in data analysis
  19. Creative, practical and solution oriented
  20. Advanced command in verbal and written English
  21. Good interpersonal skills
