  • Oversee and manage the order-to-cash process, ensuring timely invoicing, payment collection, and financial reconciliation.
  • Implement and maintain credit control policies, assessing and managing credit risks for new and existing customers.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and ensure timely collections to improve cash flow.
  • Collaborate with the sales, finance, and operation teams to optimize sales financial processes and reporting.
  • Analyze customer credit worthiness, set credit limits, and ensure adherence to financial risk management guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports, providing insights into revenue trends, overdue balances, and sales performance.
  • Support automation and process improvements in financial transactions, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and financial best practices.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams on dispute resolution, contract terms, and financial agreements.
  • Lead and support financial audits related to sales revenue, credit control, and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Team management experience is a must.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales finance, credit control, or financial operations.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
  • Experience in order-to-cash, receivables management, and financial planning.
  • Construction accounting & long-term project billing experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency in financial systems such as Oracle, Power BI, etc.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional command of written and spoken English.
