Expectation is from this role to be a candidate for being a good team player to achieve monthly targets as per plans. Knowledge to KYC is required. Keep herself/himself up to date for all KYC relevant procedures. Question the daily processes and find solutions to make our process more solid and efficient.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Complete adoption process, opening/updating/closing client accounts as per the global GKYC rules and local regulatory rules. To update global and local systems with the relevant data.
  2. Review client files according to their next review dates as per the global GKYC rules and local regulatory rules. To update global and local systems with the relevant data.
  3. Update static data of the client in global and local systems.
  4. Follow up DB Group global KYC policy changes, keep herself/himself up to date.
  5. Create MIS for account opening/regular review and inform global contacts of CLM.

Your Skills and Experience:

  1. 0-2 years of experience in KYC processes.
  2. Fluent speaking & writing in English.
  3. Microsoft Office usage (especially high-level Excel usage skills).
  4. Question day-to-day processes to create a more solid and efficient environment.
