DHL Supply Chain Turkey started its operations in 2000 providing warehousing, distribution, labeling, packaging, technical services, home delivery, spare parts logistics, and reverse logistics services. DHL Supply Chain Turkey serves leading companies in consumer, retail, healthcare, automotive, engineering & manufacturing, and technology sectors with more than 2000 employees in 370 thousand m² warehousing space.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferably, candidates who are EU citizens or hold a long-term visa will be preferred.
  • Preferably, internship or work experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operational processes.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make quick decisions and focus on solutions in crisis situations.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Good command of MS Office applications.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring efficient and proactive communication with related parties.
  • Arranging a carrier solution and coordinating the loading slot with DC upon availability of capacity.
  • Following the collection process.
  • Communicating with stakeholders to solve issues about collection.
  • Defining and contributing to increase operational performance by generating/implementing projects, ideas, and solutions.
  • Supporting returns and refusal process from customers to DC.
  • Building and managing the relationship with Customer's Local Contacts, DC Team, and Customer Service Team.
  • Maintaining OTM updated with the latest operational data and costs.
  • Following the Carrier and DC to ensure they update the necessary information/milestones in OTM.
  • Following the daily tasks for the carriers and DC to ensure each process has been completed on time and correctly.
  • During the high season, 2-3 weeks of field work in Belgium will be required. Additionally, visits may be required during the normal season if necessary.
