ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for ambitious French-speaking international patient translators who will be working in the patient relations department for international patients that would like to have their treatments with Clinic Center in Turkey. The candidate will be working in the field and will make translations during the hospital admission process and doctor appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting patients and translating necessary information to patients and doctors if required
  • Assisting international patients during their appointments with doctors
  • Passing the required information clearly to the patients about their treatment, city, and hotel
  • Collecting materials from patients such as photos, pictures, and videos
  • Partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Retention teams to find creative solutions
  • Providing non-stop ideas and expertise for future content initiatives and potential collaborations

About You

  • University graduate
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Advanced level of French
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good communication skills
  • Good listener and explains clearly with confidence and friendliness
  • Able to communicate and convince easily over the phone and online
