  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and articulate manner, essential for interacting with clients, guests, and team members.
  • A strong background in delivering high-quality customer service, with the ability to anticipate and meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Superior organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently, including scheduling, handling correspondence, and managing front desk operations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in tasks such as booking appointments, maintaining records, and processing invoices.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems. Familiarity with telecommunication systems and office equipment is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients, visitors, and the internal team, fostering a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Quick thinking and problem-solving capabilities to handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively.
  • Ability to juggle various tasks simultaneously without compromising the quality of service.
  • Previous experience in a corporate receptionist role or a similar customer-facing position within a professional services environment is highly desirable.
  • A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless front-of-house operations.
  • Proficiency in both Turkish and English. Additional languages is a plus, reflecting Servcorp's global clientele.
