We are looking for a Sales Agent for our client in the Filtration industry, a rapidly growing sector that is gaining international recognition every day

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Marketing or a related field)

Experience: Sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry (experience with filter cloth and filter bags is a plus)

Language Requirements: Must be proficient in Turkish and English. Candidates who also speak Chinese will be given priority. Candidates who only speak Turkish or only English will not be considered.

Travel Frequency: Approximately 2-3 weeks per month. If conditions permit, the preference is to spend as much time as possible visiting clients across the entire region of Turkey.

Office Location: The office location has not yet been finalized. It will be either Istanbul or Izmir, with a decision to be made between these two cities. Until the location is confirmed, the position will be home-based.

Responsibilities:

Customer Management:

• Identify new customers, manage customer relationships, and track projects
• Provide professional consultancy and develop appropriate solutions for existing clients

Achieving Sales Targets:

• Meet the sales targets set by the company
• Recommend suitable products to customers and manage the sales process effectively

Market and Customer Analysis:

• Collect customer and project information, analyze customer needs
• Monitor market trends and create new business opportunities
• Complete tasks assigned by the team and management
• Work collaboratively to contribute to the company's goals

Working Conditions:

• Salary: Maximum 67,500 TRY per month

• Mid-Senior level
