We are looking to hire a highly driven Crypto Trader to buy and sell securities on the company's behalf. The trader's responsibilities include analyzing short-term economic trends, assessing the risks of securities, and informing the relevant departments of recent trends as well as the face value of securities. You should also be able to evaluate the performance of trading strategies to assess whether they need to be implemented. To be successful as a trader, you should have in-depth knowledge of financial markets. A top-performing trader should be able to make accurate judgment calls in respect of buying and selling securities.

Responsibilities:

• Execute trades across spot, futures, and margin markets on major crypto exchanges.
• Develop and implement trading strategies to capitalize on market trends and price movements.
• Monitor and analyze cryptocurrency markets, price trends, order books, and volume changes.
• Manage risk by setting stop losses, hedging positions, and maintaining proper portfolio allocation.
• Utilize trading bots, algorithmic trading, and automation tools for efficiency.
• Conduct technical and fundamental analysis to support trading decisions.
• Stay updated on crypto news, regulatory changes, and global market trends.
• Collaborate with the research team to identify new trading opportunities.
• Maintain detailed records of trading activities, performance, and risk metrics. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Crypto Trader or Digital Asset Trader.
• Strong understanding of trading strategies, technical analysis, and risk management.
• Proficiency with major crypto exchanges (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Bybit, etc.).
• Knowledge of DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, and on-chain trading.
• Experience with trading bots, algorithmic strategies, and quantitative analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market movements quickly.
• Familiarity with trading tools like TradingView, CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, and Bloomberg Terminal.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced trading environment. Passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft tools, including Outlook 365 and Teams.

Level of studies: Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Accounting,
Economics or similar.

Language Requirements: Fluent in Turkish and English.
