- 3+ years of work experience in mobile marketing
- Prior experience in gaming industry is a big plus
- Huge passion about mobile acquisition and in-depth understanding of ad ecosystem
- Prior experience in running campaigns on ad networks
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, develop actionable recommendations and implement them
- Ability to take full ownership of projects and grow within an agile team
