About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Reporting & Controlling Team Leader to join our Izmir office.

This pivotal role is going to directly report to the Head of Finance, Middle East & Africa, partnering with local business leaders and contributing to critical financial processes, in alignment with Coesia group guidelines.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present IFRS month-end reports.
  • Prepare and monitor the Annual Budget and FCS processes.
  • Prepare and oversee the year-end closing package.
  • Prepare, analyze and follow-up on cash flow reports.
  • Perform month-end closing controls, ensuring compliance with reporting standards.
  • Lead and support team members in their professional development.
  • Cooperate with the group Headquarter, ensuring local compliance with corporate processes and reporting.
  • Coordinate with audit firms and manage year-end KGK and Group Reporting processes.
  • Ensure adherence to Internal Audit policies in collaboration with management.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • A degree in Economics, Administrative Sciences, or Business Engineering.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Knowledge about IFRS, USGAAP, TAS Reporting Standards.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Outstanding analytical thinking and communication skills.
  • A strong focus on planning, scheduling, and meeting deadlines.
  • An eagerness to take responsibility and drive results.

In addition to these critical success factors, the following skills would represent a huge plus:

  • Experience in Independent Audit Companies.
  • SMMM certificate.
  • Experience with Inflation Accounting.
  • Familiarity with Logo, SAP, Cognos.
