Qualifications:

• Minimum Advanced level of Greek both written and spoken; English is a plus.
• At least 1 year experience in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issues.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
• High customer focus and teamwork spirit.
• Analytical and problem-solving oriented.
• Systematic and regular work discipline, strong ability to follow.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, capable of taking initiative when necessary.

Job Description:

• Planning the order in the given time window to prevent any delay on delivery.
• Ensuring efficient and proactive communication with related parties.
• Contacting the final customer to request a booking for delivery if needed.
• Following the delivery process and communicating with customers to solve issues about deliveries.
• Defining and contributing to increase operational performance by generating/implementing projects, ideas, and solutions.
• Maintaining OTM updated with the latest operational data and costs.
• Supporting returns and refusals process from customers to DC.
• Building and managing the relationship with Customer's Local Contacts; DC Team and Customer Service Team.
