At Netaş, we're proud to offer innovative products that meet the needs of our customers. To help us continue expanding our offerings, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager to join our team and drive the success of Netaş Server Product Line.

As a Product Manager overseeing the Netaş Server Product Line, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to market delivery. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of successful product management, a deep understanding of the technology industry, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Netaş Server Product line, aligned with company goals and market trends. Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.

Market Research: Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and seek opportunities for differentiation from current competitor offerings.

Pricing Strategy: Develop pricing strategies to ensure the product meets revenue and profitability targets.

Process Management: Design, implement, manage, and continuously improve all processes related to servers such as order, stock management, procurement, certification, localization & production, packaging, shipment, installation, deployment, failure/repair, support, and customer feedback collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Roadmap Planning: Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.

Launch and Positioning: Define product objectives for effective marketing communications and drive successful product launches, developing compelling positioning and messaging to maximize market impact.

Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales tools, collateral, and training programs. Assist Sales/Business team engaging with assigned and target customers or named accounts at various levels. Be responsible for major RFP/RFQ/RFI and coordinate internally with HQ to provide/present technical proposal, solution, and updates to Sales and customers.

Maintenance and Support: Establish the necessary infrastructure for product registration and service request creation. Develop the relevant organizational processes for managing spare parts within the scope of warranty.

Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate product performance against these metrics.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong technical understanding of servers, software, and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable product plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to empathize with user needs and preferences.
  • Collaborative attitude and experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 6 years in technical product/project/program related experiences. Familiar with OEM/ODM account, project and business process.
  • Preferably bachelor's degree in IT related engineering programs.
  • Demonstrated ability in the product management role. Must have experiences managing a number of products or projects from initial engagement through development discussion, POC (proof of concept), PVT (Production Validation Test), and MP (Mass Production), product launch and/or mass production.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill is a must.
