• Managing treasury function of the company
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance profitability by optimizing liquidity usage, capital allocation, and trading operations
• Review FX positions & transactions of the company, monitoring, and application of risk mitigation solutions
• Ensure proper liquidity management through efficient utilization of available cash and borrowing facilities to fund working capital needs while minimizing un-utilized excess cash balances
• Overseeing financial institutions related cost items to improve or eliminate and aligning with the organization's financial strategy
• Work together with related departments within the company and ensure compliance with regulations in treasury field
• Manage treasury risk and compliance in accordance with headquarters treasury policy
• Ensure optimum management of working capital, including frequent communication with senior management of the Company's working capital positions and liquidity
• Ensure optimum management of working capital in close cooperation with the Commercial department to optimize gross margin as well as financial income
• Ensure funding structures are well managed and maintained in close interaction with the tax, legal and regulatory teams

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or in a similar field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in treasury, liquidity or cash management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in financial institutions, payment industry expertise is a strong asset
• Proven ability of managing multiple work streams, capacity of working independently and accurately to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance, particularly in financial services
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving industry with high attention to detail
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
