Head of Treasury

Finnova is seeking a Head of Treasury to lead and optimize our platform's financial infrastructure. This critical role involves overseeing the entire liquidity process, leading a high-performing treasury team, and driving strategic relationships with financial partners to enhance profitability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the platform's full liquidity operations, ensuring real-time efficiency across multiple assets and markets.
• Lead, mentor, and expand the treasury team to achieve operational excellence.
• Establish and manage key relationships with liquidity providers, banks, payment processors, and other financial institutions.
• Implement and optimize bridge software solutions to ensure seamless connectivity between liquidity providers and the platform.
• Ensure that all treasury operations meet regulatory requirements and internal risk management frameworks.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance profitability by optimizing liquidity usage, capital allocation, and trading operations.
• Monitor crypto and financial markets to anticipate liquidity needs and mitigate risks.
• Work closely with product, operations, and finance teams to align treasury strategies with overall business goals.
• Provide the CEO with regular reports, insights, and actionable recommendations on treasury performance and strategy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in treasury, liquidity, or financial operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in working with liquidity providers, market makers, and bridge software integrations.
• Strong knowledge of crypto or fintech ecosystems and familiarity with digital asset trading dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance, particularly in financial services.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
